Just about the only site I frequently scan for changes that doesn't have an RSS feed is gotapex, so I hacked together a perl cgi script that tries to create an RSS feed of the deals. It only includes the deal subject, so you still have to go to the page to get the full info. The RSS guid is an MD5 digest of the deal title, so if it is updated, you'll see it as a new entry.
